We asked Karl if he could help fix a problem soaker system along our very long driveway. It had been initially installed by landscape gardeners who had only put in a very small diameter feeder hose to the soaker hose which limited the water flow. Karl came and inspected the problem. He arrived promptly on time, advised what needed to be done, (which included having to drill a larger hole in the concrete wall of the storm water pit through which the hose was placed). Karl did everything he said he would do promptly and efficiently. He did the job perfectly, with minimum fuss and no mess and now we have a sprinkler system that actually works properly.
