With a Californian bungalow that had seen better days, to renovate we entered the building process a bit nervous about what would be uncovered and how it would proceed.  Having heard other people's stories of a new build or major renovation, which weren't always great, we were lucky to be introduced to Paul. He took the stress out of the entire process being both the project manager and builder. Communication was open and Paul was honest and reliable. His trademen were excellent and we were kept in the loop the whole way. If there was ever an issue, it was sorted quickly and we weren't left feeling disappointed.

Another important factor was that we achieved all we set out to do on budget and within the specified time frame.

Since the renovation Paul has kept in touch with us regularly.  For us, this renovation was as stress-free as any major renovation can be and I can say that if the opportunity came up again, I would choose to work with Paul Klein.

We now have a home we love, with that special wow.
